33’x12’, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with shower, covered porch with table and chairs. Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Bunkhouse bedroom has 3 single beds and 1 full bed. Futon in living area.

• Some pantry space
• Refrigerator w/freezer
• Plates, silverware, cups & mugs
• Basic cooking utensils
• Coffee pot
• Heating and Evaporative cooler
• TV w/Satellite
• Lawn chairs, picnic table and charcoal BBQ grill
• Burn Barrel for campfire
